PENGARUH IKLIM KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DOSEN DAN KARYAWAN DI AIRLANGGA MANAJEMEN INSTITUTE BALIKPAPAN
The important of communication for human is undeniable as well as for an organization.
Get along with good communication in an organization then organization in reach its goals
everything could be running smoothly. Otherwise, if communication lack or even performed
not good between superior and subordinate or between inter subordinate then could be
ascertained achievement of organization’s aim would be difficult to be realized.
With good communication in organization will be influenced spirit and energetic
employees at work. Even may not possibly cause work in openness work climate then will be
get effected against employees productivity at workplace.
This research done in other yo know the positive influences between organization
communication climate with employee productivity at work, then raised as problems inthis
research. Organization communication climate intended here is organization
communication in lecturer perception and employees in Airlangga Manajemen Institute
Balikpapan as population and research sample.
This research do in Airlangga Manajemen Institute Balikpapan. The method whitch use
in this research are Emplenatory Survey Method. The analysis which use to test hypotesis
are to use simple regression linier analysis with use statstic.
The results turned out to show that there is significant influence between organizational
communication climate of trust, joint decision-making, honesty, openness in communication
down, listening in communication and over, the attention on high-performance goals, the
productivity of faculty and staff working at Airlangga Management Institute Balikpapan with
F calculated at 29.755 with a probability of 0.000 <0.05. The study also reveals that
collective decision-making variables (X2) has a dominant influence on the productivity of
faculty and staff working at the Airlangga Management Institute Balikpapan.
