PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI PIMPINAN TERHADAP SIKAP PEGAWAI DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PELAYANAN PADA PUBLIK DI UPT P3TKI SURABAYA
The importance of communication for humans can not be denied, as well as for an organization. With good communication within an organization then that organization in achieving its objective things to go well. Conversely, if the communication is less or even not going well between superiors and subordinates or between subordinates then certainly the achievement of organizational goals will be difficult to materialize.
With good communication within the organization will affect the attitude of personnel in performing services to the public. In fact it is not possible because of the leadership communication that full disclosure will affect the attitude of personnel in performing services to the public.
This research was conducted to determine whether there is a positive influence on the attitude of the leadership communication between personnel in performing services to the public, then it was appointed as a problem in this research.
The study was conducted in UPT P3TKI Surabaya. Population and sample in this study were employees of UPT P3TKI Surabaya. The method used in this study is a survey method explanatory. The analysis used to test the hypothesis is to use multiple linear regression analysis by using statistics as a tool.
The results indicate that there is significant influence between communication led to the attitude of personnel in performing services to the public at UPT P3TKI Surabaya.
